Executive Coaching

Executive coaching is an opportunity for accelerated and individualized growth. By deepening self-awareness through self-reflection, our coaching offers keen listening, powerful questions, and an accountability structure that unlocks insights, fosters new work habits, and produces lasting behavioral change.

The Executive Coaching Process

  1. Assessment: The coach is given an assessment and a 360 to evaluate the executive’s current skills and offers insights into potential areas for growth. This forms the basis for a growth plan.
  2. Alignment: The coachee, supervisor, and coach meet to set clear, results-focused goals.
  3. Execution: With a development plan, the executive and coach work through the plan at their bi-weekly coaching sessions. Conversations allow for identifying both challenges and patterns, and then on new actions to take and new habits to build.

Evaluation: The executive, supervisor and the coach meet at the midway point and at the end of the coaching engagement to measure the progress made, acknowledge the results achieved, celebrate the behavioral change and share any additional growth areas the executive has identified.

An effective team is one that operates with mutual trust. There is collaboration where other’s perspectives are understood and build upon each other to create a compelling vision, a detailed plan, and project execution. Our Team Effectiveness process creates healthy, effective teams that create shared success.

The Team Effectiveness Process

  1. Assessment: We have found there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to teams. In this step we discuss the sponsor’s objectives and conduct in-depth interviews with team members to understand the unique needs of the team and what they would like to accomplish.
  2. Customized Design: We create a custom roadmap to suit your team’s unique goals and challenges.  The design will include an assessment to allow for greater self-awareness and the key skills of highly effective teams. Key skills of focus can include: Building Trust, developing empathy, communicating in a whole brained manner, broadening perspective, operating with grace, peer to peer feedback, being accountable to the team.
  3. Facilitation: Based on the roadmap, the team development process can range from one to four sessions over a six to eight-month period of time to ensure sustainability for the new skills and capacities built.  Structures are set up between sessions to ensure the team’s application and practice of the skills.

ALSO Available: Monthly coaching for team members.  We are aware that not every team member develops at the same rate. One on One coaching allows those who need a little extra support to further develop their growth mindset and focus to do just that.

  3. Facilitation: These sessions may include a virtual zoom workshop, followed by an in-person session to ensure maximum skills practice.
